Jeff Fisher Stars in Titanic: Video of Manning Jersey Photoshop Mischief

Some Titans fans weren't amused when coach Jeff Fisher wore a Peyton Manning jersey at a Nashville fundraiser, and he joked "I just wanted to feel like a winner today." Fisher seemed surprised anybody would be angry about this, even after his 0-6 team just got humilated by the Patriots 59-0.

He gave the "apology to those I've offended" non-apology, saying he wore the jersey in honor of former Colts coach Tony Dungy who he was introducing, it was all in fun, and even with what he knows now, he would do it again. Really?

How about if he knew some Bud Adams-hating Houston Texan fans got pictures of him in the jersey and decided to do their own Photoshop fun? The video of the result is after the jump. I have to give a Celine Dion warning, and tell you that the video starts off a little slow but then gets very wrong, which means it gets very funny.

Jeff Fisher Dons Peyton Manning Jersey At Nashville Fundraiser

Jeff Fisher's Tennessee Titans are 0-6. This week the Titans are on a bye, and Fisher appeared at a Rocket Town fundraising event alongside former Colts head coach Tony Dungy. In so doing Fisher chose to make light of the Titans failure. How? By taking off his trench coat to reveal that he was wearing a Peyton Manning jersey underneath.

Seriously.

As if that weren't enough, he then said, "I just wanted to feel like a winner today."

Johnny Knox Almost Pulled a DeSean Jackson on Kick Return Touchdown

Johnny KnoxRemember the boneheaded play DeSean Jackson made in Week 2 last season against the Cowboys? The rookie appeared to score a 61-yard touchdown, receiving a bomb from Donovan McNabb. Of course, as replays showed, the play was eventually ruled down at the one yard-line due to Jackson flipping the ball backward in order to begin his celebration.

Sunday, it looks like Johnny Knox -- also a rookie, which isn't entirely a coincidence -- nearly made the same blunder. Watch the video after the jump, and pay particular attention to when Knox releases the ball around the goal line.

Percy Harvin's 101-Yard Kick Return

Percy HarvinPercy Harvin is quickly establishing himself as the most potent offensive rookie in the NFL, and a potentially impressive weapon to be paired with Adrian Peterson and the grizzled gunslinger for the Vikings offense. Case in point: his 101-yard touchdown on a kick return Sunday. I'm not sure what's more impressive -- Harvin's juke moves or his ridiculous afterburners once he gets in the open.

Kenny Phillips Intercepts Pass Off Jason Witten's Heel

File this one under things you don't see everyday. In the second quarter of Sunday night's Giants-Cowboys tilt, Kenny Phillips came through with one of the more insane interceptions you'll ever see in your life. As you can see on the replay (which is below), Tony Romo's pass is behind Jason Witten. After contacting Witten's hand, the ball went directly off his heel and into the arms of Phillips, who took the ball to the house.

The on-field ruling was incomplete, so the touchdown wasn't allowed. After booth review, though, the Giants were properly rewarded the football. Check out the video of this play after the jump.

Chad Ochocinco Performs Lambeau Leap

Earlier this week, Cincinnati Bengals receiver Chad Ochocinco said he would do a Lambeau Leap if he scored a touchdown at Green Bay on Sunday.

While Packers fans may not have seen the humor or fun in the idea, few doubted that Ochocinco would do it.

Instead, the only question really was whether or not the brash, talented wide receiver would score a touchdown. He did, getting in on a 13-yard pass from Carson Palmer in the third quarter -- and he kept his promise.

Ochocinco ran toward the stands and spotted a small group of Bengals fans in the front row near the end zone, then leaped into the crowd just like Green Bay players do after they score.

"It was fun," Ochocinco said. "I had a little indecision on where to jump at first. I didn't want to disrespect their tradition, so I was asking as I went along the line. I saw some Bengals fans that said it was OK."

Steve Smith 'Jokes' Jake Delhomme: 'I Never Really Liked You as a Quarterback'

Jake DelhommeJake Delhomme's had a rough, well, nine months. Ever since he threw 42* interceptions against the Arizona Cardinals in the playoffs last year, he's been scrutinized, particularly because he signed a new monster extension (even if it was for salary cap purposes).

And then, last week, he laid a total egg against the Eagles, essentially spotting Philly 21 points en route to an embarrassing opening week loss. Turns out, while that game was going on, Steve Smith was "joking" with JakeSixPicks on the sideline, stating, "I never really liked you as a quarterback. But as a person . . . I love you as a person." Prefer video proof? Fine!

Michael Vick: 'I Really Didn't Think What I Was Doing Was Wrong'

As Eagles quarterback Michael Vick continues his efforts to rehabilitate his image, he's appearing at Humane Society-sponsored events aimed at convincing young people not to engage in dog fighting or other forms of cruelty to animals. And in a visit to the Nueva Esperanza Academy in Philadelphia on Tuesday as part of those efforts, Vick said he grew up around dog fighting and didn't realize there was anything wrong with it.

Video: Brett Favre Injures Eugene Wilson With Crackback Block

Brett Favre made his second preseason start with the Vikings on Monday night, playing deep into the third quarter of Minnesota's 17-10 win against the Houston Texans. He finished the game 13-of-18 passing for 142 yards and a touchdown, but the play that's going to get the most attention and scrutiny isn't one of his passes, but a dangerous crackback block he threw at Texans safety Eugene Wilson with 4:50 to play in the third quarter.

Favre began the play lined up at wide receiver as the Vikings attempted to run out of the 'Wildcat' formation with first-round pick Percy Harvin stationed at quarterback in the shotgun. As Harvin carried the ball around the left end, Favre came in low at Wilson.

Redskins Defensive Coordinator Greg Blache Battles Studio Analyst

If you've seen or heard one post-game interview, you've seen or heard every post-game interview. A player or coach gets asked a routine question about how the game went, and the player or coach responds with a cliche answer about how "it's a process and we're just working to get better every day because our ultimate goal is to win the Super Bowl."

Lather. Rinse. Repeat.

Fortunately, for those of us that enjoy a good coaching meltdown, Washington Redskins defensive coordinator Greg Blache has found a way to liven up his interviews.
