NAPA, Calif. (AP) -- The Napa County district attorney says he is still reviewing the alleged assault case against Oakland Raiders coach Tom Cable and does not expect any decision on possible charges for at least a few more days.DA Gary Lieberstein said Monday on his media hotline that he has no new information to report and does not anticipate any decision until at least Wednesday or Thursday.
He says his office will take whatever time officials believe is necessary to reach "the appropriate and just decision."
Defensive assistant Randy Hanson has alleged that he was assaulted by Cable during training camp and that his jaw was broken in the Aug. 5 attack at the team's training camp hotel in Napa. Cable has denied the allegations.

Another LAME ... No news story by Nancy Gay who seems to be trying to make a living off of what the loud mouthed loser Hanson and his attorney would have you to believe as facts. Give it up Nancy! Just because you seem to have so much invested in this case doesn't mean America really cares about some deadline the DA has placed on whether he charges Cable with anything. The odds are Hanson pushed or shoved Cable and Cable reacted. The lame part is that you keep writing stupid non-stories like this one! It's like every week you make up in your own head Cable will meet with Goodell or the DA will make some kind of announcement ... but it is all BS spin and so far simply Hanson's attorneys words and none of the other four witnesses of course. When this comes to nothing do you understand what a consumed biased fool you will be to the world? What a waste of time your BS spin is! Get a life after Hanson's whining fades to nothing Nancy ... because the odds are you've been making something out of nothing and you are the biggest fool of them all! BORING, BIASED and LAME Nancy!
