Terrell Owens' new team, the Buffalo Bills, won on Sunday afternoon. His old team, the Dallas Cowboys, lost on Sunday night. And Owens made it home in time not just to watch the Cowboys lose, but to go on Twitter to take a shot at his old quarterback, Tony Romo.
Owens re-tweeted a 140-character missive originally written by someone on Twitter named Deidric McGowan, saying, "Dallas just found out they had a T.R. problem not a T.O problem !!" The comment was obviously a reference to Romo's 13-of-29, 127-yard, three-interception effort in a loss to the Giants. It is, of course, no surprise that Owens is ripping Romo -- during his NFL career, he's ripped every quarterback he played with at some point or another. And Owens even made a point of going back on Twitter to say later that he didn't want to bash the Cowboys, tweeting, "Look, I'm not gonna say anything bad about the Cowboys, I hate that some of my boys played hard & they lost! Hope my boy [Marion Barber, who suffered a strained quad] is ok!! Nite!"
But while that later tweet made it seem like Owens wanted to make amends, you can bet this isn't the last time we'll read a tweet from Owens in which he takes a shot at the Cowboys. And you can bet the day is coming when Owens will take a shot at the Bills on Twitter as well.
What did you think of Owens' tweet? Tell me on Twitter @MichaelDavSmith.

T.O needs to quit cant blame every QB for the fact that your hands are horrible. I mean come on AT.O can't catch. I bet he leads the league every year with droped passes. Learn to catch. Not trying to take anything away from his ablity to run the ball. When he does catch the ball he might be the best rac reciver out their but he has to catch it.

It's a shame that you think talent is a gift bestowed upon a select few. These men worked hard their entire lives to get where they are. Period. Don't try and sell them short by suggesting otherwise.

But T.O. is right!! I am a true lifelong Dallas fan and Tony Romo makes too many bone head mistakes for to be the kind of great QB he is hearld to be.Let us remember now that Troy Aikman also put Tony on blast for his decision making and LAST NITE STILL PROVES TROY RIGHT! I dont see any other top QB'S makeing these kinds of consistant mistakes. This is just my opinion.

I totally agree with you. Romo puts up big numbers but when the chps are down so is he.

Romo is certainly not the magnificent quarterback everyone was trying to make us think he was for the last several years.
There is no doubt that T.O. has a lot of god given talents.
Unfortunately, God also provided him with the ability to constantly disrupt and destroy the harmony of every team he has ever played for all in the name of his own selfish desires to think he alone can win every game all by himself.

Actually, T.R. and T.O. share the same problem. For all the good they can bring, it comes at a cost. T.O. disrupts your team’s synergies and T.R. will always make critical mistakes (resulting in opposition points) that more than likely will cost you the game. T.R. will never be what the Q.B. Jerry Jones is looking for. Time to groom T.R.’s replacement.

"We will meet TUCK again?" I think you mean T.O.! As for TUCK; I hope he decapitates Patchass Adams with a cheap shot the first chance he gets.

Tony Romo can't win big games and Eli can. It's just that simple it's time to find a new QB who can play in the NFC East. Send Romo to AFC West he'll do great things there.

I'm a giant fan but you have to respect Romo. He didn't have a good game but delivered go ahead TD with 3:30 left. Dallas defence needs to man up and share the blame.

I was a reciever in high school and our coach told us "if you can put your hands on the ball you had better catch it !" Now you understand we were playing for pride not money, so I think T.O. should shut up catch the ball and go to the bank. Nobobdy cares what you think! you are paid to catch the ball.....CDG, Ft.
