DeAngelo Williams was one of last year's biggest surprises in both the NFL and fantasy football because, despite the Panthers drafting Jonathan Stewart, Williams managed to have one of the best seasons among all NFL running backs. It would stand to reason, then, that he might be due for a dropoff this year. Unless, of course, you watch the following run against the Dolphins from this week's preseason game. Then you'll think he might actually do better.

I am a huge Carolina Fan...but I see problems brewing. The D can't slow down the run the Dolphins first team looked great it was like Oregon vs. North Eastern Arizona College of NAU! It was just sad. I know know...it's only preseaon and guys don't play full speed but I think the season might be over for Carolina. The injuries are killing the team and it's not the old dogs it's the young guys. Someone please tell me I'm wrong and that Carolina is going to be ok. Also if there are anymore injuries I am available. Mike E. Panther Fan in AZ
