Brett Favre is nearing the final stages for a comeback.ESPN is reporting that the Vikings plan to visit Favre in the next few days to monitor is progress from shoulder surgery.
Bus Cook, Favre's agent, told FanHouse Saturday morning he's not commenting anymore about the quarterback. But when Cook was asked has he seen more drama with Favre than with another client of his, Jay Cutler, who wiggled his way out of Denver, the agent said, "not really."
Cook wouldn't comment further about Favre, saying, "everybody is asking me about him."
On Friday he spoke to the Charleston Gazette (West Virginia) at a golf event and said of Favre, "Can he play? Absolutely. He's still as good as anybody in the business, even at 40 years old. It's just whether he wants to go play or not."
As for the shoulder surgery Favre went through, Cook told the West Virginia paper his client is healed.
Cook, however, told FanHouse, his client is still retired.
For now.

Bwett's demands to play in Minnesota include his own private locker room, a bronze statue of himself so all the peon players can worship it before every game and a private press conference room for his wife so she can defend him when any old meany press people pick on him for throwing 5 INT's a game.

You know what? You are stupid! You wrote this same BS on a different posting. Don't you have enough imagination to come up with something different?

So what John, all you can write is how stupid everyone is that doesn't worship your god, Bwett Favre? Be careful when Bwett makes a sharp left turn while walking, you'll break your nose.

Favre is full of it when he says he just wants to play football. Sure he does??? He could have played for the Jets this year. He just wants to go out "a la John Elway" with a Super Bowl win. He still has that sick feeling in his stomach when he BLEW IT against the Giants in the NFC Championship game at Lambeau. Elway's legacy is 4th quarter comebacks, a career that ended with back to back championships and MVP honors in his very last game. Favre's legacy will be his consecutive games played, zillions of interceptions and his pathetic embarrassing attempt to pro-long his career for selfish motives........

Bret Favre, you are an attention whore who thrives on attention. Go retire forever, as your skills have greatly diminished.
