Scouting Report: Not spectacular size, but well-built. Plays physical and often succeeds between the tackles. Deadly in open space. Average speed, but quickness is not an issue. Exceptional athlete. Not afraid to block, and a weapon out of the backfield, making him a three-down back. Could bulk up a bit.
2009 Outlook: It's hard to imagine any team in need of a running back passing on Moreno, because it's just as hard to find any real negatives in his game. Is he a little undersized? Sure, but the way he runs makes up for it. He could be a star.
