Scouting Report: Great size with room to get bigger. Very athletic, good footwork, and comes out of an offense that could translate well to the NFL. Excellent in pass protection, picks up blitzers very well. Quick enough to get upfield on running plays, but needs work in that facet of his game.
2009 Outlook: Monroe's stock has risen since the end of the 2008 college season, and it's clear to see why. He is a bit unpolished, but has a high ceiling and should only get better. Teams will expect him to contend for a starting spot in training camp.
