Scouting Report: Elite speed in the 4.3 40 range. Good frame and will probably be able to get bigger once he reaches the NFL. Nearly impossible to track down, and shifty enough to make defenders miss. Disappointing production in an offense not well designed for his ability. Not a great route runner. Often shies away from plays over the middle. Could have trouble getting open against NFL corners.
2009 Outlook: You have to at least take a look at DHB, simply because he has such top-notch speed and the ability to turn nothing plays into huge gainers. But any team selecting him may do so with apprehension -- he could be a spectacular weapon, but he also has the warning signs of a bust.
