There used to be a time when professional athletes could take part in a friendly game of basketball and, should they be embarrassed, only have to face ridicule from the few hundred onlookers in the stands. Now, with the ubiquity of hand-held video cameras and those series of tubes, all posterizations are local. After the jump, Cowboys wide receiver Roy Williams, taking part in Michael Huff's celebrity basketball game, gets dunked on by some gent named Margues Haynes.
To Williams' credit, he realized about two-tenths of a second after he left his feet that he had no chance to block the shot so he kept his arms by his side and took his medicine like a man. Plus, Haynes is legit; he played for University of Texas-Arlington and averaged 16.5 points per game last season (a qualification Devin Harris would love to be able to make about this guy).
And after it was over, Williams even posed for a photo with Haynes. Terrell Owens never would've done*. Something about not being "coachable."
* Speculation. And because T.O.'s a pretty good basketball player, he probably wouldn't have gotten a free facial in the first place.
