Another former Denver quarterback is on the move, though I doubt this transaction will register as high on the excitement scale as the Jay Cutler trade to Chicago.Tennessee has agreed to terms with Patrick Ramsey, who served as Cutler's backup for the past two seasons. Ramsey's only action last season came at the tail end of a 41-7 blowout loss to the Jets -- he completed two-of-three pass attempts for 19 yards. The Titans will be Ramsey's fourth team, following Denver, the Jets and Washington.
Ramsey started 23 games for Washington from 2002-04 after being drafted out of Tulane. He lived on the bench in 2005, though, seeing action just four times, and has not spent much time on the field since then.
With Kerry Collins back and Vince Young still in tow, Ramsey's probably going to have to settle for being first-string clipboard holder and third-string quarterback for the Titans -- though Young's constant issues certainly keep Ramsey in the discussion to slide into the backup role behind Collins.
Top Remaining Free Agents
1. Torry Holt, Wide receiver
Who Wants Him?: Holt's recently visited Jacksonville, and with the Jags woefully short on receivers, could be a perfect fit there. Don't rule out Denver's Jay Cutler-less offense as a possible home either.

2. Chris McAlister, Cornerback
Who Wants Him?: Despite lingering knee issues, McAlister climbed our list for the potential he still has at age 31. Former Ravens defensive coordinator Rex Ryan would love to bring McAlister to the Jets.
Gail Burton, AP
3. Byron Leftwich, Quarterback
Who Wants Him?: With interest lower than anticipated, Leftwich may wind up back in Pittsburgh as Big Ben's backup. He could still get a chance to chase a starting spot somewhere like Tampa Bay.
Aaron Harris, AP
4. Derrick Brooks, Linebacker
Who Wants Him?: After 15 seasons in the league, Brooks looks like a future Hall of Famer. He may just retire if he can't find a good situation, but Seattle certainly has a hole after trading Julian Peterson.
Steve Nesius, AP
5. Jason Taylor, Defensive end
Who Wants Him?: There's a long line of teams that are trying to land Taylor, even after he struggled in 2008. The most likely landing spot? It might be New England - the Patriots love resurrecting veteran careers.
Nick Wass, AP
6. Cato June, Linebacker
Who Wants Him?: Despite being a reliable linebacker, June's prospects are hurt by his inability to play outside of a Tampa-2 scheme. Buffalo's had him in for a visit, and would be a nice fit.

7. Dre Bly, Cornerback
Who Wants Him?: No one's been knocking down the door yet, but there are teams out there - like Minnesota or Atlanta, for instance - that would like to bring in a veteran defensive back for depth purposes.

8. Jeff Garcia, Quarterback
Who Wants Him?: Rumors had him closing in on a contract with Oakland, to serve as backup for JaMarcus Russell, but nothing has been finalized yet.

9. Ken Lucas, Defensive back
Who Wants Him?: Lucas has some a couple good years left in him, but Carolina wanted its cap money instead. Miami will be wise to give Lucas a look.
David Stluka, Getty Images
10. Dominic Rhodes, Running back
Who Wants Him?: Not many teams, if action so far is any indication. The Colts expressed some desire to bring Rhodes back at a cheaper price, and that may be his best bet.

As a Titans fan, i dont know who the hell Ramsey is and dont really give a damn to know. I'd prefer if Young was startin QB, but at least it'll put the rumors to rest of a competition for second string QB, as with acquiring this dumbass, Young is surely locked into second string. When Simms was here, alot of ignorant arrogant fans was calling for Simms to be second string, and that was a joke! Young had some problems, but as a Titans fan, i have faith that he has learned from mistakes and will prove the critics wrong and shut up the na-sayers.
I can at least say, when Young lost his startin job to Collins, you didnt hear him piss and moan about wantin to be traded or wantin out of Tennessee. Like i say often, if the Titans were my team, i'd still take Young over Cutler every time. Im also glad that the Titans werent even a player in the Cutler sweepstakes, although a bunch of idiotic Titans fans were hoping so just because he played for Vanderbilt, and even then he sucked too!

Ramsey came into Tennessee and whipped Titans #$$ as a rookie. He showed nothing but toughness and character and heart while Spuriers blocking schemes had him constantly being bum rushed. Unlike mentally fragile Young!! He has better stats than Young as well, look it up. I think competition might be good for the Titans QB situation. Ramsey can play; watch and Find out. Fischer remembers the impressive showing Ramsey had as a rookie even if you don't CJ. Thank God he's the coach instead of you.

You come across as a hot head who spouts off without checking his facts. Hopefully, you don't do that on a regular basis. In regard to Patrick Ramsey, you need to check his stats. The young man has never been given a chance to start for a truly good team. When Joe Gibbs came back to the Redskins, he lied to Ramsey and told him he would be the starter, when he secretly wanted the almost washed up Mark Brunell. When Ramsey got a concussion in the first game of the season, Gibbs did not hesitate to break his word to Ramsey and replace him with Brunell. He threw the screws to Ramsey, like he did to Jay Schroeder after Schroeder got washington to the playoffs. Ramsey should get the opportunity to start for a great team like the Titans, then the Titans will finally get their dynasty.

Patrick Ramsey is a huge bust. MARK BRUNELL STARTED OVER HIM IN WASHINGTON. That's how bad he is.

Hey, pcp, first off, stay off that drug cause obviously it makes you delirious because frankly you talk like your on drugs! Patrick Ramsey will be third string, that's a safe bet, watch and see! Young and Collins are both better options than Ramsey, and if Ramsey was so "great", then he wouldnt have been moved as much as he has been.
