While the Terrell Owens news might have been the most talked about, a bigger issue in Dallas was how thin the Cowboys were becoming in the secondary. No worries for Jerry Jones and company, who signed former Jaguars safety Gerald Sensabaugh to a one-year deal. Sensabaugh will be helping a depleted secondary that saw Roy Williams part ways with Dallas and Keith Davis possibly head to Kansas City. This signing gives the Cowboys a younger player that can fit in at both strong safety and free safety, who recorded 82 tackles last season and four interceptions.

This is the second un-sexy but important snag in the offseason for Dallas and third huge move in '09. Instead of going for Ray Lewis at linebacker, the Cowboys saved some money with Keith Brooking. Then, during the craziness that was the Owens release, they snuck defensive end Igor Olshansky away from San Diego. Now, they've added Sensabaugh to the new-look defense.

Don't know much about the guy. But, he seems to be a good solid fit for the'boys. Oh BTW, we may miss Owns, but it's time move on with Hurd and Austin. Now, if we can just get the OL to step up a notch, and get the play calling to be a little less easy to figure out, we will be fine.

I agree with REDD we deff. need a new QB. I like Romo its just that when we get into the playoffs he is not that good. Look at the years we went to the playoffs he screwed it up most of the time. So if we don't get Pat White then the season of 2010 we should try to get Colt McCoy
