Tampa Bay Buccaneers linebacker Geno Hayes didn't have a particularly good Saturday evening, as his 19-year-old girlfriend allegedly stabbed him in the head with a pair of scissors, and then followed that by stabbing him in the neck with a knife, according to Josh Poltilove of the Tampa Tribune.Hayes' girlfriend, Shevelle Bagley, has already been released from custody after having bail set at $25,000. Hayes was released from the hospital after being treated for a "superficial wound" to his head.
From Poltilove:
Deputies arrested 19-year-old Shevelle Bagley at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Carter said. Bagley was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. The incident began with an argument Saturday, and Bagley grabbed a pair of scissors, stabbing Hayes and causing a superficial wound to Hayes' head, Carter said. Hayes got the scissors away from Bagley. Then Bagley "grabbed a knife and stabbed him in the neck," Carter said.Hayes, a sixth-round pick in 2008, is expected to compete for the starting spot vacated by the recently released by Derrick Brooks. He recorded 13 tackles and blocked a punt, returning it for a touchdown, during his rookie season.

Did she damage his teef?
So.. if he got stabbed in the neck, why did he only get treated for a superficial wound to the head? Did it deflect from his skin? BS
What did he do to get stabbed? I bet he though he was Chris Brown but, his girlfriend is NOT Rhianna. It'll all come out in the wash.
DAAAAAAAAAAMN!!!

They said "superficial wounds" to the head: I believe they meant wounds to the "superficial head".
How are you gonna get stabbed in the neck with a knife, but you were released with just a 'superficial' wound to your head? Did she shank him with a play-skool knife or something? Or try to slit his throat with a butter knife? I need more details.

Why is it when a dude is stabbed by a girl it must have been the guys fault, but if its reversed he's evil' abusive, etc.... We live in a pussywooped society.
Amen! Finally someone believes that what is not good for the 'goose' isn't good for the 'gander' either! Domestic violence only counts when it involves a heterosexual woman with a male abuser. The hell with every other population of domestic violence's victims- and this includes the industry of domestic violence!
Cool!
See it pays to be a women! $25,000 bail for such serious charge! I had a $100,000 bail for pushing my ex-girlfriend, but then again I live in the state of Washington!
I am disheartened by your pitiful comment. I think its only fair to give the readers the real story as to why you are bitter. Most people with a brain knows that a bail is not set at $100,000 in ANY state for just "pushing" your "ex girlfriend! You fail to explain your abusive history. Yes...I am the victim and appalled to read this comment from the man is is currently on probation yet lives under my roof! Hmmmm..."ex girlfriend"??? Sooner than you think. Dear readers, this man has no concept of abuse. I went to work for one week with a black eye, I went to work on several occasions with fresh bruises on me...only to get fired over this miserable, pathetic man who claims "it pays to be a woman." Jaywyze03 will NEVER understand abuse, which is why he has spent time in jail for it.....which is why he will soon be homeless. Abuse of any kind should never be condoned and understood that it will only recur again and again. You are a poor excuse of a man, jaywyze03, talking about ME on this site when you have just learned to be a better basher. As a matter of fact, I had no idea I was your "ex girlfriend" but I clearly understand now. Your comment is a perfect example of how you play the system....and a post that I'm sure your probation officer, domestic violence counselor and superior court judge will like to read. God moves mountains....He certainly does. If you touch me one more time or complain about your so called "unfair" treatment, you can happily go back to jail to reflect on your inability to accept responsibility for all your illegal and hurtful actions. PS: its at least nice to see that you can admit that you pushed me when you've denied it for so long and yes....pushing someone is abusive. Love does not hurt! If you don't like the laws of this state that are used to PROTECT others, then move back home to your momma.
Good grief. You lost a fight to a chick with a knife. But keep your head up! You're not Brandon Marshall - he lost a fight to a McDonald's bag with a bad attitude.
No, no, no....I said you look sharp & how bout some head...
