Earlier on Saturday, Ryan Wilson passed along the intriguing story that troubled wide receiver Terrell Owens was visiting the Buffalo Bills. According to ESPN, the visit was a productive one, as Owens and the Bills have reportedly agreed to a one-year, $6.5 million deal. According to the initial reports, all of the money is guaranteed.
While Owens will certainly upgrade the wide receiver position in Buffalo, this is obviously a sizable risk, seeing as how Owens has worn out his welcome in every city he's played in prior to this -- San Francisco, that one week stay in Baltimore, Philadelphia, and Dallas. Then again, these are the types of risks teams tend to take when they haven't qualified for the postseason in nine years.
Owens, 35, caught 69 passes for 1,052 yards in 2008, and will be joining a Buffalo team that collapsed in the second half of the season following a promising 5-1 start.

was it too much for me to ask when I was sitting at home hoping that the release by Dallas was the end of the road and that this fool would no longer dominate the headlines w/ his childish antics? Credit to Randy Moss - a guy who is 4 years younger than TO - for apparently growing up.
I hope this move bites the Bills in the butt. Most football fans just want to move on from the TO days

Meh, it's easy to act like an adult when your team loses only 6 games over a 2 years span. If Randy Moss was with a losing team, we'd probably he hearing more from him. Likewise, if TO was with a winning team, we'd hear less from him.
On a related note, I'd imagine we're going to be hearing a lot from TO next season.

Good pickup IMO. They don't have much to lose. Dick Juaron will be fired next year if they don't make the playoffs, so it's not like he has much to lose, but he does have a lot to gain.

This may be the ONLY locker room that T.O. can't screw up...There hasn't been any cohesion in Buffalo since Marv Levy retired...and won't be for some time yet...

just because dallas couldn't harnass the ability of TO and have a superbowl season only means that the other players on the team wanted attention just as bad as TO did. The bills dont care about attention as long as their winning. Let him be an asshole and cause a dramatic scene. As long as the bills have a winning season then I dont care...actually we dont care....what he does. Were the perfect place for him because we dont give a damn about a persons character as long as they perform. Case in point is marshawn hitting some dumb girl while drinking and we still all love him....Wlecome TO and you are considered family here...

As a Patriots DieHard Fan, I can only sit back and laugh at this addition to Buffalo's wide reciever core. Thank you Terrell Owens, and may you screw them up as fast as you can.

I am not a T.O. fan. I'm still upset how the 49's let Jerry Rice go so that this guy and Stokes could play. And after they let Rice go he had them in the palm of their hands so they had no other choice but to let Garcia go too. Then after all that the guy demands to be traded and ends up in Philly and systematically takes the team apart with his negativity. Saying all that I think that the Redskins should have picked him so that he could be a terror in that division. He does not like Philly, Giants and now add the Cowboys to that list and you have a player that could possibly catch over 120 passes. I don't think that he will be a distraction this year in Buffalo, in fact he will be a model citizen on and off the field because of his contract. If the contract had been for 3 years then Buff would be in some serious trouble entering the second year of the season
