Brian Orakpo, the burly defensive end from Texas, is widely considered one of the best players in the upcoming NFL Draft. In fact, he's a beast. Monday was the day for his position to perform a series of drills at the NFL Combine in Indianapolis, and he suffered some misfortune. According to NFL Network, Orakpo limped off the field after hearing a pop in his hamstring. He won't be returning.
The bad news for Orakpo is that an injury during the combine could hurt his draft status and drop him a few spots too many. In the NFL, this is especially detrimental due to the fact that salary is drastically affected by the spot in which players are drafted.
The good news, though, is reportedly the injury is not serious in the least. He should be ready for his March 25th Pro Day, and no one is doubting his ability to be a stud in the NFL at this point.

I hope Brian Orakpo is avaible at #13 also DT B.J Raji, either would be a great pick, because of their NFL STRENGTH. Also their back field disruption/ pass rush. The Redskins may need to trade up for a shot at either one. OT Andre Smith would be a nice nice nice surprise for o-line coach JOE BUGEL,if he somehow fell to #13.Ok I Like dreaming. Aaron Maybin Penn State hybrid pass rusher likely pick at #13.

Rak maybe hurt , but the man is going to be a presence in the league. I for one would like to see him line up on the other end of Mario Williams and the Texans. With the new Def-Cor Bush, he will spawn into a machine....
