Bars -- even ones named "Have a Nice Day Cafe" -- are required to keep certain hours, based on state-to-state laws. You really don't want to try and bribe them to stay open longer, because if they get caught, they'll be shut down. So, really, there's little-to-no interest for them in staying open late, unless the financial compensation exceeds what they make over the course of several years.Which would probably explain why Anthony Spencer failed in his attempt to keep the Indianapolis HANDC open after hours.
Spencer, who is from Fort Wayne, Ind., and attended Purdue, reportedly was trying to bribe a bouncer to keep the bar open after hours, along with his agent Matthew Millhouse.Well then. At least he didn't behave like a typical athlete and scream "I"M WORTH MILLIONZ" when they denied him a few extra minutes of boozing. The police report said Spencer threw punches at the bouncers, slammed on exit doors and shouted at bar staff.
I wish I could say that this might end "well", but it seems pretty unlikely; he's with the Cowboys so this story -- which is like blog manna with the agent's name, the bar's name and the entirety of the circumstances -- is probably going to hang around and get staler than Jessica

Once again, evidence that this is not a football team, but a bunch of street thugs.

I personally know all of the men involved in this bar fight. What the reporters didn't say is that the the bouncer stole Anthony necklace out his neck and wouldn't return it. They had other friends inside and wanted to tell them they were leaving and then were out the door but the bouncer was a jerk and would tell them. The never bribed anyone for the bar to stay open. When the fiqure out the bouncer was a jerk they will find these men did nothing wrong.

A fine example of a man. One of whom his mother would be so proud. An upright-standing individual. A credit to his team, family, and country.
