A Detroit Lions fan named Dan, who very wisely isn't giving out his last name, has decided to commemorate the team's 0-16 season in 2008 with a tattoo:
The tattoo has the blue Lions logo and "0-16 2008" on his right pec. On most people I'd say getting a tattoo is a sign of tremendous loyalty to a favorite team, but Dan also has a tattoo bearing the logo of his favorite pizza joint, so I'm not sure what, exactly, this means.
He says he plans to add another tattoo when the Lions win the Super Bowl. Good luck with that.

Good for Dan. He's about the sport. Not just win, win, win. Those guys went out each week and played their hearts out so they deserve fan support. The must-win attitude in American sports has made the games ugly, ugly, ugly.

Agreed Jaybro. A true football fan sticks with their team through thick and thin, including a season such as this.

Hey, the Lions were doing fine until they drafted that one player. His first name is Owen, not sure of his last name. I think it's Twelve. Every week I heard him called something different. Last I heard his name was Owen Sixteen.
