For the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, today's game against the Oakland Raiders is an absolute must-win: If they lose their season is over, but if they win they're still in playoff contention. For the Raiders, the game is meaningless: They're long since eliminated from playoff contention. So which team came out flat today? The Bucs.
Tampa Bay punted on its first three offensive possessions and didn't even get a first down until just a minute remained in the first quarter. The Bucs' defense, meanwhile, has been soft against the run, and the Raiders used a seven-play, 60-yard drive to score a second-quarter touchdown and take a 7-0 lead.
The Bucs finally got something going on their fourth offensive possession and scored to tie the game at 7-7 But if the Bucs lose this one, Jon Gruden might deserve to have his name mentioned among the coaches on the hot seat.

The last interseption by Oakland vs. tampa bay was absolutely an interferance against tampa bay. tampa's receiver would have easily been in a position to receive the ball if he had not been tripped. The NFL officiating has/(is) become(ing) the laugh of any sports franchise worldwide. Your arrogance is incredible, which includes selling multi-billion dollar league sponsored product to our childred (I personally thought we lived in a capitolistic society that didn't allow this kind of federal regulation of nothing more than a conglomerate that is protected by the federal government (150 dollar shirts, hats, league official shoes?). If the federal government doesn't have the guts to regulate you and your officials, Maybe the citizens of the United States should vote on the next ballot if "the ruling group of the nfl" (notice lower case because you deserve it), should be able to continue the monopoly that now is known as the "NFL". I hope that you clean up your house, because otherwise the people and government will clean the b.s. for you.
Thank you. You can send me any response that you would like however, many of the people in this country are getting tired of your antics.
Best Regards.
