As you probably know by now, O.J. Simpson was sentenced for what could be 33 years in prison today. Just before he heard the sentence from Judge Jackie Glass, Simpson made a plea for leniency that made no sense.
He spent five minutes choking back tears as he begged for mercy. It sounded like a desperate man at the end of his rope. While he repeatedly said he was sorry for what happened in September 2007, he also tried to explain why he did it and that he didn't mean for it to go that far.
Obviously the judge wasn't buying it. Not only did she throw the book at Simpson, she even said she found him both "arrogant" and "ignorant".
"When you take a gun with you and you take men with you in a show of force, that is not just a 'Hey, give me my stuff back.' That's something else and that's what happened here," the judge said.

sentence was for this crime, not any previous one, but even if it were it is Justice come home at last. he deserved to be sent to prison for life and many are hopeful he will not be getting any time off. die in prison. die in prison oj you human garbage.
Those of you who think that OJ did not do it must be stupid and think the police conspired to frame him for the murders.

I dont understand americas justice. if he didnt hurt anyone then why such a high sentence. I feel pity for him and his family, who obviously dearly love him..
He couldn't go to the police, because he was hiding this stuff so he wouldn't have to surrender it as a part of the civil settlement. Robbery has nothing to do with who owns what - it is taking by force. He was convicted of consipiracy, because he coordinated the whole affair. I feel no pity for him - he committed a crime.

Finally, the bitch gets his. For those who pity him, get off your pot and think about the lives this man has destroyed, most recently his youngest children who now have no mother or father, not that he was much of one. My prayers are for Sidney and Justin, hoping that somehow they can lead somewhat normal lives. God Bless You!

When he got of for murder I remember his smug face and I was very upset that they used the trump card of feel sorry he is being set up because he was black. Justice failed there.God has a way of getting people for their sins even if it did take years.
