If these two creatures were to fight to the death, I'm assuming the Bear might take out the Viking (unless, of course, you're this guy). Sure, Vikings are tough, but the Bear has too much power.
In the NFL world, nobody really knows who will win this test. Can Kyle Orton limp out a win? Is Adrian Peterson due for one of those huge primetime games? Will Gus Frerotte hit his head against anything?
It is the world famous Sunday Night Football Chat, but with more leftover turkey. The fun begins around 8:15 EST so grill yourself some chicken, cover it with gravy and throw on those sweatpants you love. It's football night in the Americas, baby!

Sadly, this game again points out how awful Lovie Smith and the staff are. His play calling is atrocious, the defense is confused on the field as usual, and the team has ZERO emotion, just like their coach. They blew the entire game on the Vikings goal line with four AWFUL calls. And then no surprise Tillman makes the wrong read and gives up a 99 yard TD. That's bad coaching, bad formation, bad setup, confusion in coverage. This team could be 8-3 or better...how many games have they been in and had awful coaching blow the games? At least take the 3 freaking points on the goal line. And then, to call their own timeouts without possession, and give the Vikings time to score at the end of the 1st half..that's HIGH SCHOOL coaching.

Bad call from the ref's concerning the interception and fumble. The ball was last touched by the Bear's player then hit OB. It should have been Bear's ball.

That's false, Ted. It's not the last team who touched the ball. What matters is the last team who possessed the ball, and that was the Vikings.

The Vikes played a magnificent goal line stand followed by a record 99-yard td pass. After that, they simply roughed up the Bears.

On the punt coverage, if the ball is bouncing at say, the 20, and a Viking touched it, it would be Bears ball there, even if it proceeded to bounce down to the 10, right? In other words, the Vikes downed it there when it was touched, at least that is my understanding. So, how come when the Vikes player touched it at the 5? it wasn't blown dead at that point? the Vikes screwed up and tried to lay on it at the 1, then proceeded to slide into the end zone. Why wouldn't it have been blown dead when the first player touched it ?
