In the battle of two of the most disappointing teams this season, the Texans won on the road so this means the Browns are more disappointing. So I guess they can take that as a victory of sorts.Browns' QB Brady Quinn started despite a broken index finger on this throwing hand and was largely ineffective when he wasn't throwing interceptions. Derek Anderson replaced him to equally poor results. WR Braylon Edwards was the Browns leading receiver, but his story of the game was more of sloppy routes and dropped passes.
The Browns were very effective in spurts running the ball against the poor Texans run defense, but coach Romeo Crennel inexplicably gave up on the run.
The Texans defense "forced" 5 turnovers, and when I say "forced," I mean the Browns offense gooned with most of them, and the Texans were the beneficiaries. The Texans defense which has been in the worst in the league over the last four years was the beneficiary of a Cleveland team that is completely inept offensively.
Non-surprisingly, Texans RB Ahman Green didn't come back in during the 4th quarter to close out the game because he has a knee injury that he will get an MRI on Monday.
For a more detailed Texans-centric view of the game, I suggest checking out my Chron.com account of the game.

A new low since the return of the franchise. Ig Crennel does not get fired over this game, I'm done with the Browns!!
Putting Anderson in was a huge mistake. He had his chances this year and blew them. Why in God's name would Crennel give up on Quinn? His worst game is as good as Anderson's best game this year.
Randy Lerner, make a move. You have got to can Crennel and your idiot GM Savage. Give Cowher a try, things can't get any wose!!!!!

I agree with Chris. It is time to get rid of Crennel and butterfingers Braylon, who has been nothing but a disappointment!!!!!! We could only hope for Cowher
