After struggling mightily in the Eagles 13-13 tie in Cincinnati last week, Donovan McNabb went a dismal 8-for-18 in the first half of today's game in Baltimore. In the process, he lost a fumble, ending the Eagles' best offensive drive of the day, and threw two interceptions, including a terrible pass that was picked off by Samari Rolle and returned inside the Philadelphia five-yard line, leading to Baltimore's touchdown.
Apparently, Andy Reid has seen enough, as the Eagles came out in the second half with second-year signal-caller Kevin Kolb lining up under center.
To this point, Kolb's only experience this season has been mop-up duty in Week 1, and a series during the Week 3 game with Pittsburgh when McNabb sat out briefly with an injury. He went 1-for-3 on his first series today.
UPDATE: Kevin Kolb finished the game just 10-for-23 with 73 yards and two picks, as the Eagles were drubbed 36-7.

McNabb doesn't know the rules of his job, plays carelessly, cashes every paycheck, cares not a lick what the fans think, has limited mobility, ..............trade him to Oakland, now that is really penance.

Send him to Chicago where he belongs!! He and Andy Reid are done. At this point the city of Philadelphia needs to regroup and start over. We are idle now and our chance with that duo was fun but finished.

I think McNabb is still one of the best qurterbacks in the league. The true problem is that Andy Reid cllaed plays so conservatively for so long that the entire team eventually became as uptight as he was. Reid should have paid attention once in a while to plays called by Denver's Shanahan and Kansas City's Edwards. Regardles of the outcome, a tiny bit of respect is created. You play to win...not so people can say that you didn't lose by much. Period.

It's not all Donovan's fault! He can't throw to bum ass receivers if they arent open. Plus Andy Pansy calls 60% of pass plays, his arm is tired, and their run game is M.I.A. Give the man a break, or give him a receiver.

Send McNabb here & send him there.I'd say at this point in his career finding any takers for a washed up rag armed QB who
would be willing to give up more than a waterboy,& a couple of
used jockstraps may be harder than you think.
