I hate to say it but you are right, it will be a long flight to Foxborough. Congrates to SD with what is going to be NE's biggest loss in a long time. Till next time..

It ain't over yet, NE will pull it off as they always do. Their Defense will be the differense.

Cassel is the problem. He should have been cut at the end of training camp. I'd rather see Guitierrez or O'Connell at this point. Cassel can't read defenses and can't progress through his reads. He simply holds the ball too long and then tries to run.

True Cassel's should have been cut a long time ago, but their defense is falling apart and I don't think they ever prepared for anything happening to Brady.

That defense is old and slow Troy. The offensive line is mediocre at best. The Football Gods have taken away the good karma. One of the great runs in League history but it's over. You'll be able to separate the true Patriot fans from the flavor of of year crowd now.

I don't think the good karma was taken away, there never was any. The way the Pats played last night is the way the played during their cheating years. Then all of a sudden they start beating teams that they weren't good enough to beat? I'd say cheating benefited them.
Another tick mark as to how Goodel is ruining the league by letting New England get by with their previous years of cheating.
Good job San Diego great win and an "honest" win! Can't gripe about that

You know what's absurd? Your comments.
Video taping signals doesn't help during games. It helps over the long term as an archive is built up for a team. Since every team is allowed to tape the coaches from enclosed areas within the stadium, all teams have such archives. The Pats simply taped their opponents from a location that was not allowed.
Anyone who thinks video taping signals can be used in real time to gain an advantage is delusional. There isn't enough time on the play clock to watch signals, interpret them, decide which one is the real signal, and then signal the QB before the radio in the helmet cuts off (with 20-seconds left on the play clock, IIRC).

Cassel stinks period. He couldn't see a wide open tight end in the end zone on the goal line. Belichek better wake up or this season is finished. Go with the rookie QB an let him learn so at least the season is'nt a total washout!!!
