A frustrated Cincinnati Bengals fan is planning on having a plane fly over Paul Brown Stadium with a banner that reads, "Step Down Mike Brown." Brown is the owner of the sad franchise and his legendary father's name sits atop his team's stadium. No donations or monetary gifts are required, this one's on me fellas. However, what I would like for all of you to do is spread the word around the Internet so we generate some support. If you belong to another message board or fan site start a thread. As The Dude pointed out, if we can get a chant going during the game it'd be a wonderful thing, and perhaps the impetus for change. If we can get local media on board, it'd be great, and if ESPN gets involved, wooo-hooo.Hey, FanHouse is behind ya!
The plane will fly over the stadium before the October 19th home game with the Steelers. With security like it is, there is no way that the plane could fly over during the game. Instead, the banner will be waving sometime "between 11 a.m. and noon" local time.
The fan base is extremely frustrated and has all but bailed on the team. Especially when their head coach says that he does "like our football team, except for the 0-5 part."
The sad thing for that dedicated fan is that most of the people tailgating outside Paul Brown Stadium will actually be Steelers fans who could give a crap.

I will be the first to offer my service to the Bengals as the new GM. I couldn't do no worse than Brown is doing. Heck while I am at it, why don't you sell me the team to. I got a couple of bucks.

I am so glad that the people in Cincinnati are finally frustrated. No, I don't watch alot of football, but my husband has been a Bengals Fan for more than 20 years and that means I watch alot of the games. He has been so frustrated over the team, not throwing the ball always running right up the middle. Now I am not real knowledgeable on football, even I sit and think what in the world are those guys doing, who is making all the play calls. If it is Brown, then the people in Cincinnati need to run him out. It is about time the Bengals start winning and win the superbowl. (yes, I know it won't happen this year, if Brown is out next year they can). They have some great players, let them play to win.

The bengals are rediculous and the brown family is worse. I was in a group of 15 people that got kicked out of the game today for simplay standing up in our own season ticket held personal seat licesnsed owned seats. The steelers fans behind us in their 40's complained that they were elderly and couldnt stand to watch the game. We have had the same seats for 3 years and have stood every game. We asked where in the seat license did it say we were not aloud to stand during the game and they said it was common courtesy to respect our elders....and mike brown wonders why fans are jumping ship??? maybe because the whole organization is run by a bunch of fucktards???
