There are a few people in the Cowboys locker room who should complain about their loss to the Redskins yesterday. They didn't get the ball enough to help their team win.
One of those guys wouldn't be Terrell Owens, who spent the postgame press conference complaining that he didn't get the ball enough.
"Everybody recognized that I wasn't really getting the ball in the first half," Owens said. "I'm pretty sure everybody watching the game recognized it, people in the stands recognized it. I think my team recognized it."
I watched every snap from that game and thought that statement was ridiculous. The Cowboys ran 58 offensive plays. Twenty of those plays went to T.O. On many of them, Owens wasn't open yet Tony Romo forced it to him.
Romo threw 18 passes at T.O. and completed just seven. The Redskins' Shawn Springs and Carlos Rogers did an outstanding job being physical with Owens and getting their hands on those passes. Dallas also used T.O. on two end-around runs. He may think we all forgot about how he dropped a TD pass late in the game, too.
Unless Owens was the quarterback, there is no way he could have handled the ball any more.
Not only did Owens get the ball more than enough, Dallas may have done so at their team's detriment. Felix Jones, who scored three touchdowns in just his first three games as a professional, had zero carries yesterday. None. Nada. Zilch. His only impact came oni might four kick returns.
Marion Barber had just eight carries. He should be the one complaining about why he is not getting the ball.
Last week, Owens caught two passes, Barber got 28 carriers for 142 yards and Jones got six carries. The Cowboys rolled the Green Bay Packers, 27-16.
Needless to say, all the Cowboy haters out there are feasting on this.

T.O. has a right to complain. Jason can complain. Marion can complain. The Dallas offensive and defensive lines can complain. I'll tell you what the problem is; Tony Romo can not handle pressure ! He is good for one (atleast one) interception per game and some lousy tossing when the going gets hot. Its like nobody wants to say it but look at the film. I met this guy at the Navy base before he took Bledsoes place and told him he's going to take on a great responsibility with a great team and that was T.O.s first season also that he should look for him. And where was Witten so I could get his autograph. This Cowboys team is perfect...oh wait defense; Newman and Henry aren't that good either, we need Roy back with Adam who can read plays...Tony, no pressure.

T.O. could not get open. He not that good if you are physical with him. He can't catch the ball if you make him earn it or put a hand in his face. I don't understand why teams play off of him and let him run down the field wide open. Any receiver will burn you if you do that especially a big strong receiver like T.O.

Gee, T.O. is talking about Romo like he used to talk about Jeff Garcia when he was with the Niners... or Donovan McNabb during his second season with the Eagles... Does the NFL have a minus-good-citizenship award?

I am so happy that he is Dallas' problem now!! He is not a team player. He is the guy that blames everyone else for the loss and takes not an ounce of responsibility. T.O. is only happy when his team is winning. I knew it was a matter of time until he shows his true colors. T.O. thinks Phila misses him. He could not be more wrong. Let Dallas deal with him now since they thought they could tame him!!!

I am so happy that T.O. is Dallas' problem now. He is only a team player when his team is winning. But when he is not getting his way, he is selling his team down the river. He blames everyone else besides himself. T.O. thinks Phila misses him. He could not be more wrong. Let Dallas deal with his temper tantrums now.

the difference here is that Romo knows how to handle children (TO) where McNabb and Garcia only got defensive.

Keep throwing to T.O. Romo. I like the fact that he didn't catch 62% of the passes you sent his way yesterday. I especially like the one he misses that hit him in the hands when the game is on the line. Romo needs to remember that eventually T.O. will blame him for T.O.'s mistakes. A cancer does not stay in remission for ever. Patch

He's all mouth - he won't give up his body for a catch, ball has to be put right in his hands! He's a typical crybaby Cowgirl, along with Jerry Jones, the owner, the biggest crybaby of all.

T.O. is a classic example of a non team player. He expects all the credit for wins but accepts no responsibility for losses. I have witnessed greater class from preschoolers. It will be a great day for the NFL when he either retires or gets thrown out of the league. Tony Romo will indeed be his next target of choice when he does not get his way.

Being a Cowboys fan I don't like this anymore than the next Cowboys fan. Sometimes he needs to keep quiet but hey, he's proven he isn't going to for ANYONE! Now, what I don't get is this, half of you pussies on here who bitch about the guy, aren't even Cowboys fans. If you don't care for the guy, why bother bitching anyway? The Cowboys will handle their business like they always do. It might not be to your standards but keep your asses glued to your own 'team'. You pussies are the REAL crybabies!!!!
