Entering Sunday's game at Raymond James Stadium, Green Bay quarterback Aaron Rodgers had not thrown an interception in 158 pass attempts. He ended up throwing three on just 27 passes in the Packers' 30-21 loss to Tampa Bay.
Though, to be fair, the first pick wasn't his fault, as it was a perfect pass to running back Brandon Jackson, who just happened to allow the ball to bounce off the numbers on his jersey into the waiting hands of Tampa Bay linebacker Derrick Brooks.
Rodgers did throw a pair of touchdowns to Greg Jennings, but left the game briefly following the second touchdown due to a shoulder injury. The pass was a perfect strike, splitting the Buccaneers secondary and hitting Jennings in stride as he walked into the end zone untouched. After the pass, however, Rodgers walked off the field with his right arm hanging off his body.
Rodgers would eventually return to the game, and on his second play tossed the game-clinching interception to Tampa Bay defensive end Gaines Adams. Rodgers felt heavy pressure on his blind side and was leveled just as he released the football. Matt Flynn finished the game for the Packers.
Meanwhile, after his 67-pass performance in last weeks overtime win in Chicago, Brian Griese was also responsible for three interceptions, including one that was returned 62 yards for a touchdown by Charles Woodson, giving the Packers a brief lead in the fourth quarter. It appeared as if it were going to be a huge momentum swing, as it happened on the ensuing Tampa Bay drive following the second Jennings touchdown, completing a 13-point comeback for Green Bay. Griese finished 15 for 30 for 149 yard and a score, a nine-yard toss to tight end Alex Smith.
Matt Bryant, playing with a heavy, heavy heart, managed to kick three field goals, including the eventual game-winner with just over two minutes to play.
The Packers running game was non-existent. Ryan Grant led the way with 20 yards on 15 carries, while they registered only 28 yards as a team. Earnest Graham led the Buccaneers with 111 yards on 20 carries, including a 47-yard run he busted off late in the fourth quarter following Adams' interception. He would eventually score from one-yard out.

It's pretty evident that it is Tampa Bay's defense, and not Brian Griese and the offense, that are keeping the Bucs in the hunt for another division title. Let's hope Derrick Brooks, et al stay healthy through the rest of the season; if not, we're in big trouble!

Max, you seem to ignore Grahm, our running back. Hopefully, the other defenses will forget him to while he is the engine in that offense, because Griese gives a 50\50 chance depending on his interception ratio
