Packers QB Aaron Rodgers threw a patented Green Bay TD pass to Greg Jennings (quick post, missed tackle, easy run to the endzone).
However, as soon as Jennings was in the open field, Rodger ran over to the Packers sideline with his right arm down at his side. It isn't known if he hurt his arm on that play or not. The FoxSports broadcast team of Kenny Albert, Darryl Johnston and Tony Siragusa are speculating that it happened earlier in the drive when scrambled and dove for a first down.
Rookie Matt Flynn has been warming up, but they've yet to need him. Down 20-14 after the touchdown, Charles Woodson picked off Tampa Bay's Brian Griese and returned it for his own TD. Green Bay now has the lead and their offense is still on the sideline.
UPDATE: Rodgers had been seen throwing on the sideline but has since threw a cap on and seems as if he's done for the day. Flynn has been receiving instructions from coaches as if he will enter the game whenever Green Bay gets the ball back.
UPDATE II: Flynn is entering the game and will presumably play out the rest of the fourth quarter.
UPDATE III: Rodgers did return to the game as the Packers were down 23-21 late. Rodger went back to pass and was absolutely drilled. He got the pass away, but it went into the hands of a Buccaneers defender.

Good thing we got rid of Favre - 6 touchdowns today, and still playing - for Rodgers - 2 touchdowns, 3 interceptions and out with a sore shoulder - poor baby!! Maybe the fans are smarter than the management? Go figure!!

I have posted nothing up to this point, about my feelings on the packers debacle of letting Favre go, Ted should be fired and run out of town, you are supposed to put the best 11 guys on the field to win the game, he let one of THE GREATEST leave, ted thompson is an idiot, 1 or even 2 more years would not of hurt the youngest team in the NFL to have Brett stay hear, it didn't happen that way, too bad, hope y'all enjoyed what you saw today because I believe it will be a very long season, I try not to blame rodgers for all the b.s. before the season, and have tried to watch the games, it's just not rifgt knowing favre is suiting up and it's not in green and gold,

Is it too late to trade, Ted Thompson.McCarthyand Aaron Rodgers for Favre? I admit Brett is worth more than the three combined,How could the Green Bay organization let these idiots take the heart from our team? The joy has left the team,it has become stale and boring to watch. Where is the excitement that permated the team, fans and the whole game of football when our guys stepped on the field. I'll tell you where,it's in New York! If this is the kind of decision making that Ted and McCarthy makes,I guess I know What happened to the Famed frozen football McCarthy had our guys Practice with for the playoffs. Apparently ,ted and mc carthy are using it for their brains now. I know Mc Carthy and Ted Blamned Brett for losing the playoffs ,but we all know it was practicing indoors with the fozen football caused our guys not to win. Another of McCarthys brilliant ideas! It's time to get our guy back! And get rid of the real problems!

Ted needs to be fired and so does Mike McCarthy. Favre is the greatest quarterback ever and Aaron Rodgers, give me a break! He's a wimp from California, what do you expect. It's unbelievable they picked that whiny wimp over Favre!
