The whole "Vince Young Quits on Team" business from Sunday was bizarre enough with just Jeff Fisher making things awkward, Titans players refusing to talk about what happened with their quarterback, and VY getting injured after finally returning to the game.
I mean, wha' happen? Seriously, someone tell us. Ah, thanks, Keith Bullock.
"I am hoping it is not a 16-week thing, but at the end of the day we want to have the No. 1 defense in the league, so if we have to play 90 snaps to get that, that's what we're going to have to do," linebacker Keith Bulluck said. "No one is going to quit on this side of the ball."Emphasis mine, of course. And Bullock didn't say "Vince Young is a frigging quitter and I don't want him on my team." But you don't have to be some professional between-the-lines reader to understand what the Titans linebacker is saying.
And that would be something along the lines of "I'll take Kerry Collins for the rest of the season as long as he acts like he cares". Well, maybe that's a bit much. And likely, any bad sentiments will simmer some with Young out for the next couple weeks, but it would be pretty surprising not to see more of these realistic statements come floating to the surface over the next few days.

Perhaps he is having flashbacks about the way they treated McNair.

Come on. I realize it appears something could possibly be up in Tennessee but this post is the epitome of rampant speculation, the kind of thing that the traditional media accuses bloggers of all the time.
You've got to have more to go on than "Well, this is how he **could** have meant it." Otherwise it ends up looking like you are trying to create a story where none exists (as this post does). Readers expect more from this blog.

Diehard (pissed),Titan fan! I wish VY,well in his physical&MENTAL wellbeing. He left college one year too early. He played in a spread offense. Never taught to be QB by coaching staff at UT/LONGHORNS (heres the ball make it happen).Remember QB Applewhite/Simms now Cody. Owner Bud Adams, still has not gotten over the fact that the city of Houston, refused to build his oilers a new house(nasty bitter divorce) still ongoing.B.Adams, couldn't resist drafted VY, Houston kid (get back at cha) when he let J.Cutler,UVANDY slip through his old fingers. Jeff Fisher, didn't make that call!
