Jessica Simpson Is Not Good at Reading, Pump Fakes Romo Family on Pregnancy Test

Hi, guys! I have a very important announcement to make...

Jessica Simpson is not universally regarded as "smart". Maybe she is, maybe she's not. It doesn't matter because public perception has already been determined. Oh, and she's rich and attractive, so, yeah, I'll stop now before I make it sound like intelligence in women doesn't matter.

Anywho, the point being, she's such a fabulous reader of words and stuff that it appears she may have, according to many, many reliable sources (via SbB) misread a pregnancy test. Normally not a huge deal. Unless you go running to your boyfriend's parents to tell them. Ruh-roh.

"There was a huge fight on July 18 at the Romo home. Jessica and Tony thought she was pregnant and happily announced it to the family," a source told the National Enquirer.

"The news resulted in dead silence. Then Tony's dad Ramiro said, 'You're not married. This is crazy!' Tony's mom Joan joined in, demanding, 'How can you do this to us?'"

Well, no kidding. He's already rich and famous and set for life. If this happened at my house, my dad and I would exchange high fives followed by my mom fist-clenching and saying just under her breath "Grandkids!"

Not really. I wouldn't actually expect that. And I have no idea what Tony and Jess were expecting either; sprinting home to drop the news of a wedlock-ridden celebrity kid isn't usually the greatest move you can make. Next time I would recommend something a little more calm and practical. Like taking another pregnancy test.

You may want to reconsider posting about someone else's intelligence and ability to read when you post a sentence like this:

Or at least get a proofreader...

You might want to try cutting and pasting. You left out "make it sound" in the "before I ....like intelligence in women doesn't matter". Proofreader, correct thyself.

This is the most ridiculous story I have ever read, and yes, I do know how to read! For such a "stupid" girl, Jessica is doing damn good for such a dummy. She has a shoe line that is fantastic and selling like crazy, a purse line that is doing great, a fragrance line that sells out constantly, and she is beginning a clothing line that many stores have already purchased. Some stupid girl, huh?

If she never sells another cd, she will continue to grow richer by the year. Why those country hicks think Jessica is not a Southerner when she is from Texas, is beyond me. Oh, they said they booed her in her last concert, not because the singing wasn't good, but because she stated she was a Southern girl. Well hell, Texas IS in the South! Her video for her country single was awesome, and got rave reviews. Why people like you give this wonderful women such a hard time is beyond ME!

Tony Romo is LUCKY Jessica seems to love him. She was hurt by Nick "the cheater" Lachey, and while it took her MONTHS before she even looked at another man, Nick was in bed with that floozy from E Entertainment within a week. Seems that relationship had already started before he told Jess their marriage was over! What a scum bag!

Jessica is making her money based on her looks and her voice. Is she personally responsible for her clothing, shoe or fragrance lines? Or is it just her name on a bunch of overpriced sh1t?

Romo MUST be an excellent athlete because he has no brains when it comes to women...Apparently using the little head instead of his big head. What he sees in the dumb blond Simpson is inexplainable. I am more interested in the NFL player Adam Achhuleta/Jennifer Walcott relationship. Now she is a beautiful girl and truly intelligent. EAT YOUR HEART OUT ROMO - YOU'RE A LOSER WHEN IT COMES TO FEMALE. (Jessica should now get back with John Mayer since he is available). Don't ruin a perfectly good football team over a quarterback that makes bad decisions in chicks.

Jessica really is dumb. She's given three concerts so far and has forgotten the words to the songs she wrote! She had to stop the band and ask them to start over. She had cue cards for the National Anthem? WTH Romo seriously has some issues when it comes to her. He had it all last Fall and its all gone to pot. One of the guys fans looked up to now he's a laughing stock. I sold my 10 yr. old daughters jersey, hat, and romo bracelet. I just went and picked up the check. He's no role model. I replaced it with Jason Witten. For the Cowboys sake, I hope Romo has a good season. If he bombs, its gonna be rough.
