Dolphins front office boss Bill Parcells has added two more of his former Cowboys players, shipping Miami's fourth-round pick in this weekend's draft for tight end Anthony Fasano and linebacker Akin Ayodele. The trade, which was first reported by Adam Schefter of NFL Network, gives the Cowboys the first pick in the fourth round, 100th overall. In past years the first pick of the fourth round was often the subject of trades because it was the first pick of the second day of the draft, but this year the third round begins the second day. The Cowboys had previously traded away their own fourth-round pick, 126th overall, for Pacman Jones.
Parcells has been collecting people with ties to his tenure as the Cowboys' coach since the very beginning, starting with general manager Jeff Ireland and head coach Tony Sparano.
Fasano was the Cowboys' 2006 second-round pick but hasn't played much behind Jason Witten. Ayodele became expendable when the Cowboys acquired former Dolphins linebacker Zach Thomas.

As long as the Dolphins keep Jason Taylor and Lorenzo Booker they can do what ever they want.

Why not trade Roy Williams and Ron Carpender to Miami? Parcells drafted them and he can have them.

This was a good deal and I think they are setting up for a trade. Hopefully Roy Williams?!? They are short at TE now but they must have a back up plan.

Gshort, I Can tell you know nothing about Cowboys football. First of all its Bobby Carpenter not Ron, and more important Dave Campo drafted starting safety Roy Williams. SO before you decide to to put your 2 cents in, know all the facts. But you are probably a bandwagon Cowboys fan.

Parcells must see something in the two of them, I really think he will do a great job in Miami, most would want to go there and play, of course he will keep the "head cases" away, which is good. I actually think the Dolphins will win a Super Bowl BEFORE the Cowboys do. Cowboys are getting a bad mixture of players and we all know the owner is an idiot. Jerry Jones is getting old, just like his team. He is in panic mode to win. And really, we still don't know if Romo is all they say he is,,I think wayyyyyyyy over rated.

I like this move for Miami. And it works for both teams.
