Didn't see this coming:
During his post-game press conference, Terrell Owens gets pretty emotional when defending Tony Romo. Not so much because the Cowboys quarterback threw the game-deciding interception, but because the media will blame Romo's uneven performance on his Mexican vacation with Jessica Simpson.
It's an impassioned plea, and, frankly, not one I expected to see from Owens, at least when talking about something other than ... well, Owens. But if you can get over the blubbering, T.O.'s right: spending time south of the border had nothing to do with Romo's play, New York's pass rush did. And for the record, tight end Jason Witten was also with Romo on the Mexican getaway, and he finished the game with seven catches for 81 yards. So what's his excuse?
By the way, I wonder what Donovan McNabb and Jeff Garcia think about this.
Sorry, No Photos

I'm sorry, but what the hell are you crying about TO? The loss? ok. That someone is questioning a team mate going on vacation at a critical time? Not ok. You'd think someone just ran over his dog.

I personally believe...that the Dallas Cowboys...don't have maps...and therefore cannot find their way ... to winning a playoff game....

Wow.... T.O defending his QB while he cries in front of the media. That's new, I think he has found his home.
Maybe Romo will take him to Mexico and they can talk about their feelings.
All jokes aside, that was pretty decent of him, and the crying was just good wholesome TV.

TO is absolutely right and I think this will actually boost his image a little bit, something it could use. Wow! The playoffs! It doesn't get any better than this. .

I'm not saying the man can't take a vacation, but when you've been down this road before and failed as Tony Romo did last year, you kinda need to put your priorities in order. Vacationing in Mexico with Jessica Simpson should not have been a priority. He needs to stop acting like he's some sort of veteran out here. He could've spent extra time studying the plays and getting himself more prepared instead of frolicking on some beach with a spoiled brat and her weirdo dad.

Did anyone see that the offensive line was being torn apart, what does Jessica Simpson have to do with the line collapsing and letting the Giants push Romo all around the field.
I think it is ashame that we can't just acknowledge that the Cowboys were outplayed as I am sure most of us Cowboy fans were worried about after the Washington game.
Remember, the Cowboys lost to Philly after beating them and to Washington after beating them, New York was high and I would blame the coaches more for this loss than anyone, afterall they were the one's looking for new jobs while they should have been buried in planning the most important game in the past ten seasons for the Cowboys.

Come on--Tony Romo had no chance against that pass rush in the second half. He had to go to the dump pass in the flat because he did not have time to go to his downfield guys.
Flozell Adams and his pals on the O-line should hang their heads in shame. Or lose a few pounds, because Strahan and Pierce and Umeniyora shredded them.
The QB gets too much praise when a team wins, and too much blame when a team loses.

anyone who still believes the cowboys lost because romo went on vacation is a total idiot. dallas lost because there was a lack of tackling on defense, alligator arms on offense, and the o' line quit playing in the third quarter. oh, and then there is the small detail that the giants played pretty damn good football... let's call this what it is - the cowboys were outplayed by the giants and has nothing to do with jessica simpson...
