The charges against O.J. Simpson just got more serious. Simpson, the Pro Football Hall of Famer who was acquitted of murdering his ex-wife and her friend, has been charged with seven felonies, including kidnapping. Simpson has been accused of an armed robbery of sports memorabilia collectors in a Vegas hotel. Today the kidnapping charges were added to the previous charges of assault and robbery with a deadly weapon.
If convicted of kidnapping, Simpson could be sentenced to life in prison. He is charged along with three other men in an incident at the Palace Station casino and is being held without bail.
Meanwhile, remember that audio recording of Simpson during the break-in? Well, if you were curious how a robbery happened to get caught on tape, it turns out that people tape Simpson all the time. Apparently people around Simpson are always carrying recording devices, hoping he'll suddenly break down and confess to murder, and that they'll be able to sell the tape for a fortune.

O.J. is to be represented by the famed "James Bucky Buchanan" here in Las Vegas. Bucky just happens to be one of the attorneys CRAZYDADDY has on our pay roll in Las Vegas,It is a small world. I don’t know if there is any hope for O.J., as he has the guys with him saying he is controlling, etc, to reporters - but he does have a high profile attorney that is known for representing Sports and other High Profile Vegas Characters. Buchannan is a graduate of the Naval Academy, and it doesn’t get much better. It wont be easy though as many of his friends now saying negative things.

If Simpson has enough money to post bail or hire a name brand attorney, why can't he pay the judgement his "murder victims" family has against him?

NEWS changes quickly-
within 1 hour it has gone from OJ being represented by Famed James "Bucky" Buchanan, to now just a rumor. Seems Buchannan has said he is not going to be associated with the case, and it was a rumor.
Maybe O.J. does'nt have access to any money then?

The Theft is Fine, If the Stuff is Mine! Really?
Every choice has a consequence! The dynamic thing is, we can choose the consequence. It can be incredibly negative (such as what OJ is experiencing right now), or it can be extremely positive. On a personal level I know the shame and loss that prison brings and the joy of rising from the ashes of my former self to being asked to speak to audiences nationwide – helping others see the direct relationship to choices and consequences. http://www.chuckgallagher.com
As humans we can make a mistake, we are not the MISTAKE. Perhaps OJ will have, yet once again, the chance to make the right choices and use his fame and celebrity for the benefit of others. Through the Choices Foundation, a non-profit organization I established, I speak to audiences from coast to coast, with a dynamic ethics message. Especially well received by university students, I focus on making clear to them that every choice has a consequence – a message much needed in today’s environment.
