Is Green the New Brown?

The Cleveland Browns are the latest team to enter the Trent Green sweepstakes. Not sure this is going to be a much better fit than Kansas City, as the Browns also have a young guy (Charlie Frye) who is struggling to find his way. Cleveland is a mess. And the Browns aren't much better.

The Detroit Lions also are reportedly interested in acquiring Green. The Lions are rumored to be in the mix for Brady Quinn, and have Jon Kitna on the roster. Maybe Matt Millen wants one quarterback for every receiver he has drafted.
