The Bills have finally inked a running back. Unfortunately, it wasn't Chris Brown, Corey Dillon or any of the other remaining potential starters. Instead it was Anthony Thomas, who had recently become an unrestricted free agent."It feels good," said Thomas. "I feel I know the system a lot better now the second time around."By no means am I saying Thomas is a horrible player. He's actually a very solid and capable back-up, just not a starter like the Bills need right now. He had two very productive years in Chicago but has counteracted them with four poor seasons.
Details were very vague. The article only mentioned that the contract of the "multi-year" variety, with no financial terms given.

Thomas had 2 good season in chicago but he could have many more he is a starting quality runningback he just hasn't had a home yet. He didnt fit Lovie Smith's system chicago and in Dallas Jones and Barber. When he went to the Saints he that had McAllister and Bush which are four good ball carries Now with a home Buffalo look for Thomas to be the most improved play of the 2007 season
