It's safe to say that the Eagles do things the way they want things to be done. If you don't like it, enjoy playing in Oakland. In this clip from NBC10, Jeff Garcia admits that he was pissed off. It could just be because he had to talk to John Clark.
I don't necessarily think it's the wrong move per say going with Feeley, but I certainly am with Garcia in feeling like the Eagles handled it all poorly -- be honest with your players and fans.

Correct me if i am wrong here...
A) The Eagles went to Garcia's agent and initiated by asking what are you looking for? The agent replied 'not until free agency starts and we know whose interested'. Why is this the Eagles fault? They inititated and when told after March first went to sign A.J. Freeley and J. Thomas.
B) Nobody from the Eagles organization has STATED they have no interest in Garcia. Yes signing Freeley implies such but does it STATE such? We had both guys as backups in '06 and we can still trade Freeley although not likely this season.
C) Twelve hours or so into free agency and Garcia hasn't signed anybodys dotted line as of yet has he? Does anybody KNOW whose interested and at what price? I heard the Raiders rumors but are they substaintial? Are the Raiders of the lost cause the only suitor? Why does it feel like we are counting eagles before they hatched?
D) Isn't D. Stallworth a more crucial free agent retention than Garcia? Who would you rather keep the down the field receiver, or the 2nd string QB?
E) Aren't S. Barber (LB) and M. Lewis (SS) likely to attract more attention, to the point of 'bidding war'- than the 37 year old Garcia, whose played for two good teams and two bad ones? Aren't there more QBs on the market than Strong Safteys? Aren't Linebackers always a hot commodity in free agency?
I am not saying I don't want Garcia back I would like him back, but why should i go ga-ga for a back up; Donavan McNabb gets hurt and I am worried but the 37 year old is a stop gap not a solution. If Donovan comes back like D. Culpepper it makes sense but he could just as likely, return like C. Palmer.
Pardon me while I spend more focus on what we do about Donte Stallworth and the receivers corp.
Guys - please - the decade long coddling of Donovan Mcnabb must continue and the first time he bounced the ball of the back of Runyan's helmet or threw the 8 yarder at 8o miles per hour at Westbrooks feet - we know what would happen - face it - nobody wants the aggravation of a weekly qb controversy - THAT'S WHAT IT IS ABOUT!
Agreed that the Iggles were trying to coddle "ReHab-McNabb" by taking away a QB controversy and giving Garcia the cold shoulder. And once again, management has managed to alienate its fan base by its arrogance in the way it handled the whole matter.
But the big problem is in addition to losing Garcia, they are going to let Stallworth walk. This is one move that I just can't understand... is it because of the nagging hamstring injury that kept him out of the lineup, or something else?
Never fear, when "Re-Hab McNabb" pulls up injured (and it's only a question of WHEN), Feeley's here to save the day........shudder.
