Apparently, Tank Johnson Isn't 'Just Another Defendant'

Larry Brown -- the guy who provides sports updates during Ben Maller's Friday night show, not this poor sap -- has posted some photos of Bears defensive tackle Tank Johnson palling around with five-o.

Brown takes issue with Johnson being allowed to leave the state as he awaits trial on gun possession charges. Brown writes on his blog:
For a guy with a rap sheet longer than Mike McKenzie's hair, you have to wonder how [Johnson's] allowed to play in the game... [H]ow the heck was he let off? Why is he allowed to go to Miami on vacation while awaiting trial for some serious offenses?

... According to [Assistant State's Attorney Rick] Cenar, Tank is allowed to go play because the trip is "work-related"... Cenar noted [that] 'Quite frankly we treated the defendant Mr. Johnson like any other defendant.'
Let's just say Brown doesn't think Tank was treated "like any other defendant" ... and he has the photos to support his point.
