Chalk LT's comments up to the disappointment of having defeat ripped from victory. I consider LT to be one of the classiest individuals in the game, but accusing Belichik of having his team mock the Chargers is just silly. The Pats had to listen to steroid-Charger'd Merriman's nonsense since last weekend, when the networks interviewed him during the Jets game.and it is not surprising that one or two of them might have one-upped him at the end of the game. But using that as an excuse to not shake hands with the winners looks like poor sportsmanship, and I think that LT is less a poor sport and more a very hurting guy. This one's a mulligan for you, LT.

It was an exciting game....The chargers were poised for victory,however this is the New England Patriots and this is what they do.The win may not be pretty but it is still a win.I don't blame "LT" for his reaction after the game,after all he played his heart out and his team came up short.As far as the Patriots dancing at the center of the field....well lets just say that it was directed toward Merrimaid and not you directly "LT".Merrimaid was talking smack during the week leading up to the game and the dance was for him.Next time stick up for somebody worthy of having a great player like you stand up for them.I understand that you are upset but I am trying to figure out how you could call the greatest post season coach classless....Then again you lost and now have to watch the Patriots win another Super Bowl.

If the chargers were at New England and pulled off a huge comeback on the road you know there would have been a huge group of chargers on the field after the game taunting the Pats. Roided up Merriman probably leading the cheers!!!

LT said the Pats acted without class following the game. He said the Pat's dance at midfield was disrespectful. He's right on both counts.

He's disappointed and perhaps regretful, but he's right. Whether the Pat's were entitled to do it or provoked into this action, it doesn't change the fact that it lacked class.

Maybe you clowns could have spent more time focused on the game vs planning for next week's trip and where you would stay for the Superbowl. When you look ahead of a team, they will make you pay. Sure.....a celebration at mid-field of your opponent after you beat your opponent is so disrespectful. Becuase when you play SuperChargers and exclaim.."We're going to the SuperBowl!!!!!!!!!!" 2 weeks before a divisional play-off isn't disrespectful to your opponent.It's classless.And had San Diego won, I am sure LT would have gathered th eteam together for a moment of silence and shaken everyone's hand's gracefully, congradulated them on a great game and then proceeded to make an ass of himself on national TV in th elocker room with a champagne bottle salute, because they were going to the SuperBowl...oh wait they would still have 1 more game to play. Don't look past anyone....any team can beat any other team on any given day.The Pat's proved they aren't just any team.

As a fan of the Chargers, its very dishearten to see someone like LT coming to Merrimen rescue. patriots won the game and they deserved to celebrate especially after all week they were hearing how the Chargers were going to destroy the Patriots especially with the interviews that merrimen was giving. LT GROW UP!!! It was nice to see all your interviews this week but now you got some PR stuff you need to take care of...
