That's former Dolphins quarterback Dan Marino on the set of HBO's Inside the NFL in 2000. Marino has always struck me as a mild-mannered and likable guy, but when he stumbled over a line during a taping, he got angry and pounded the desk. He doesn't scream or swear or anything, so the video is safe for work, but it's bizarre, especially watching the reaction of Nick Buoniconti, which has to be the most afraid of a quarterback any linebacker has ever been.
UPDATE: A commenter named Clinton says the whole thing was staged, and that Marino was imitating Keyshawn Johnson, who had done the same thing at a press conference. In any event, it's a funny video, whether Marino was trying to be funny or not.

This was a planned act. During the opening credits of Inside the NFL, they showed a clip of Keyshawn Johnson doing the EXACT same thing at a press conference many years ago when he played for the Jets. Dan Marino did it towards the beginning of the show as a joke. Inside the NFL doesn't broadcast live - why wouldn't they edit out an outburst like that if it wasn't planned? All this hooplah about Marino's temper is ridiculous.
Danny does have a temper....just ask his receivers what it was like when they didn't as they were told :D
It obviously wasn't planned. It wasn't shown live, it was a blooper they showed this season when Len Dawson and Nick Buoniconti came back after 5 years off the show. It sure looks like to me that Marino was pissed
